Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you play Tejo Blast (the “Game”) on Android or iOS, or visit tejoblast.com (the “Website”), how it is used and shared, and the choices and rights you have. The Game and Website are published by Thomas Marchozzi Financial Planning, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), which appears on Google Play under the developer name “Tejo Blast Games.”
1. Summary
- No accounts. Tejo Blast does not ask you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, phone number or precise location in the Game.
- Your progress stays on your device. Game progress and settings are saved locally on your phone. We do not run our own servers that store your gameplay data.
- Ads are served by Google AdMob, which collects device and advertising data as described below.
- Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple. We never see your card or bank details.
- Leaderboards use Google Play Games Services on Android, if you use it (players under 13 get local leaderboards only).
- No chat, no social features between players, and no separate analytics or crash-reporting tools.
- Age-appropriate privacy settings. A neutral age screen at first launch stores only an age group (under 13, 13–15, or 16 and older) on your device. Players under 13 get only non-personalized, child-directed, G-rated ads, no advertising ID is used, leaderboards stay on the device, and links and purchases sit behind a parental gate. Players aged 13–15 get only non-personalized ads and their data is never sold or shared. Personalized ads are only possible for players 16 and older. See Section 10.

2. Who we are
The company responsible for your information (the “data controller” under European law) is:
Thomas Marchozzi Financial Planning, Inc.102 E 9th Ave
Conshohocken, PA 19428
USA
Email: [email protected]
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information stored only on your device
The Game saves your progress, level results, coins, cosmetic unlocks, settings (such as sound and language) and whether you have bought “Remove Ads” in local storage on your device. This information is not sent to us. On some devices, your operating system’s own backup feature (for example, Android backup or iCloud device backup) may include app data under your settings with Google or Apple; that is controlled by you and by those companies, not by us.
3.2 Advertising: Google AdMob
The Game shows ads, including optional “rewarded” ads you can choose to watch for in-game rewards, using Google AdMob. The AdMob software in the Game automatically collects and sends to Google information such as:
- Advertising ID — the resettable Android Advertising ID, or on iOS the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) only if you allow tracking through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. Google may also use app-specific identifiers such as the iOS Identifier for Vendors (IDFV).
- Device information — such as device make and model, operating system and version, screen size, language, time zone, network type and mobile carrier.
- Approximate location — derived from your IP address (for example, country or city level). The Game does not request GPS or precise location permission.
- App and ad interaction data — such as the app’s name and version, ad requests, ads shown, taps, and whether a rewarded ad was completed.
- Diagnostic data — such as ad-loading performance and errors, used to keep ads working and to detect fraud.
Google uses this information to deliver and measure ads, limit how often you see the same ad, prevent fraud and abuse, and — where you permit — to show ads personalized to your interests. Depending on your region and choices, you may see personalized, non-personalized or limited ads. In the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we use Google’s consent message to ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown and before data is used where consent is required. Google acts as an independent controller of the data it collects. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services, How Google uses advertising data and the Google Privacy Policy.
Players under 13: ad requests are tagged for child-directed treatment, ads are non-personalized and G-rated, the advertising ID is not used, and no consent form or tracking prompt is shown. See Section 10.
Players aged 13–15: ads are non-personalized only (no interest-based advertising or remarketing), the data AdMob receives is not used to personalize ads, we do not sell or share these players’ personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and Apple’s tracking prompt is not shown on iOS, so the IDFA is not available. Depending on your region, you may see non-personalized or limited ads. See Section 10.
Players 16 and older: ads work as described above, including personalized ads where you allow them and, in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, only with your consent.
If we ever add other ad networks (for example, through AdMob mediation), we will name them in this policy before they are used, and for players under 13 we will use only networks that are self-certified under Google Play’s Families policy.
3.3 In-app purchases: Google Play Billing and Apple StoreKit
The Game offers optional in-app purchases: a one-time “Remove Ads” purchase and coin packs. Payments are handled entirely by Google Play (Google Play Billing) on Android or by Apple (StoreKit / App Store) on iOS. We never receive your name, card number or billing address. To deliver and restore what you bought, the Game receives limited transaction information from the store, such as the product purchased, an order or transaction identifier, a purchase token, the date and time, and the purchase status. Google and Apple also provide us with sales reports that we use for accounting and tax purposes. See the Google Payments Privacy Notice and the Apple Privacy Policy.
3.4 Leaderboards: Google Play Games Services
On Android, the Game uses Google Play Games Services for leaderboards. If you are signed in to Play Games on your device, Google shares with the Game your Play Games player ID, gamer name and profile image, and the Game submits your scores (for example, Daily Challenge and campaign stars) to Google. Your gamer name, avatar and scores may be visible to other players according to your Play Games profile visibility settings, which you control in the Google Play Games app. Using Play Games is optional; you can play without it. Play Games data is handled under the Google Privacy Policy. If leaderboards are offered on iOS through Apple Game Center, your Game Center profile and scores are handled by Apple under the Apple Privacy Policy. For players under 13, the Game does not prompt them to sign in to Google Play Games and does not send their scores to Google; leaderboards are kept locally on the device only.
3.5 Analytics and crash reporting
The Game does not include any separate analytics or crash-reporting software (such as Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics), and we do not track your gameplay behavior on our own servers. Google Play and Apple may provide us with aggregated or de-identified statistics — such as install counts, ratings, and crash or performance reports from users who allow their device to share diagnostics with developers — under their own policies and your device settings. If we add an analytics or crash-reporting tool in the future, we will update this policy and the store privacy disclosures before doing so.
3.6 When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and anything you choose to include (such as screenshots or your device model). We use this only to respond to you and to keep a record of the request.
3.7 The Website
tejoblast.com is a simple informational site. It does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it has no forms. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP addresses and request logs as needed to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
4. What we don’t collect
We do not collect your name, postal address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone or camera input, precise GPS location, or payment card details. The Game has no user accounts, no chat and no way for players to send messages to each other. We do not use the data described here to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
5. How we use information, and legal bases
We (and our service providers) use information to:
- provide the Game and deliver and restore purchases (performance of a contract);
- show ads that keep the Game free, measure them and prevent ad fraud (legitimate interests, or consent where required — for example, for personalized ads for players 16 and older in the EEA/UK/Switzerland and for tracking on iOS);
- run leaderboards if you use Play Games (performance of a contract / legitimate interests);
- respond to your messages and requests (legitimate interests);
- keep business, accounting and tax records, and comply with the law (legal obligation);
- keep the Game and Website secure (legitimate interests).
6. How information is shared
We share or make information available only:
- With Google (AdMob, Google Play Billing, Google Play Games Services) and Apple (App Store, StoreKit, App Tracking Transparency), as described above;
- With service providers who help us operate, such as our website host and email provider, under obligations to protect the information;
- For legal reasons — if required by law, or to protect rights, safety and security;
- In a business transfer — if the Game is sold or transferred, subject to this policy.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, allowing Google AdMob to use advertising identifiers and device data for personalized ads may be considered “selling” or “sharing” personal information for “cross-context behavioral advertising” under some U.S. state laws, such as California’s. You can opt out as described in Sections 7 and 11. We never use data from players under 16 for personalized ads, and we do not sell or share the personal information of players we know are under 16.
7. Your choices and ad controls
- iOS tracking: for players 16 and older, the Game may show Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt (it is never shown to players under 16). If you choose “Ask App Not to Track,” the IDFA is not shared. You can change this any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Android advertising ID: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (usually Settings > Google > Ads or Settings > Privacy > Ads). If you delete it, apps can no longer use it for personalized ads.
- Consent choices: where we ask players 16 and older for consent (for example, in the EEA, UK or Switzerland), you can review or change your choice from the privacy options in the Game’s settings.
- Google ad settings: you can manage ad personalization in My Ad Center.
- Players under 16: personalized ads and ad tracking are always off, and players under 13 are never prompted to sign in to Google Play Games; there is nothing to opt out of. Parents can find more choices in Section 10.
- Remove Ads: the “Remove Ads” purchase turns off the ads that play automatically; optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch may still be offered.
- Play Games: you can play without signing in to Google Play Games, change your profile visibility, or delete your Play Games profile and data in the Google Play Games app settings.
8. Data retention
- Local game data, including the age group from the age screen, stays on your device until you delete it (see Section 9).
- Gameplay data on our servers: none — we do not operate servers that store your gameplay data.
- Purchase and sales records we receive from Google or Apple are kept as long as needed to provide purchases and to meet accounting and tax requirements (generally up to 7 years).
- Support emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, and generally deleted within 2 years after the conversation ends, unless we need to keep them longer for legal reasons.
- Data held by Google or Apple (for example, advertising, Play Games and store data) is retained under their policies; see How Google retains data.
9. Deleting your data
Tejo Blast has no user accounts, so there is no account to delete. You can delete your data in these ways:
- Uninstall the Game (or clear its storage in your device settings). This permanently deletes all game progress and settings stored on your device. Purchases remain tied to your Google Play or Apple account and can be restored if you reinstall.
- Email us at [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request.” We will delete any personal information we hold about you (such as support emails) within 30 days and confirm when done. We may keep limited records we are legally required to keep, such as tax records of purchases, and will tell you if so.
- Google and Apple data: reset or delete your advertising ID (Section 7); delete your Play Games profile and data in the Google Play Games app; and manage your Google or Apple account data directly with those companies.
10. Children’s privacy (COPPA and Google Play Families)
Tejo Blast is a game for a general audience that includes children under 13. We have designed it to protect younger players, consistent with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play’s Families policies.
10.1 The age screen
The first time the Game is opened, a neutral age screen asks for the player’s year of birth. The Game uses the answer only to place the player in one of three age groups — under 13, 13–15 or 16 and older — and stores only that age group on the device. The year of birth is not saved, and neither the year of birth nor the age group is sent to us.
10.2 What we do for players under 13
- No personal information collected. We do not collect personal information from players under 13. There are no accounts, no chat, no sign-up forms and no way to share personal information with other players.
- Child-directed ads only. Every ad request the Game sends to Google AdMob is tagged for child-directed treatment for the purposes of COPPA. Ads are non-personalized (no interest-based advertising or remarketing) and limited to ads rated G (suitable for general audiences).
- No advertising ID and no ad consent form. The Game does not use the Android advertising ID or the iOS IDFA for these players, and does not show the personalized-ads consent form or Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt.
- Limited technical data for ads. To deliver an ad, AdMob still receives technical information such as the IP address, device type, operating system and app version. For child-directed requests, this information is used only to serve contextual ads, measure and cap them, and prevent fraud and abuse — not to build a profile or personalize ads. Learn more in Google’s guide to child-directed treatment in AdMob and complying with Google Play’s Families policy using AdMob.
- Parental gate. Links that leave the Game (for example, to this website, a store page or email) and in-app purchases are placed behind a parental gate that is designed to be completed by an adult. Purchases are also subject to the parental controls of Google Play or Apple, such as purchase approvals in Google Family Link or Apple’s Ask to Buy.
- No Google Play Games. The Game does not prompt children under 13 to sign in to Google Play Games and does not send their scores to Google. Leaderboards are kept locally on the device only.
10.3 Teens aged 13–15
Players aged 13–15 are not treated as child-directed, but get extra protections: ads are non-personalized only, we do not sell or share their personal information (including for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising), and Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt is not shown on iOS. Because no personalized ads are shown, we do not ask these players to consent to ad personalization. This is designed to respect the higher age of digital consent (up to 16) in some EEA countries and U.S. state laws such as California’s, which require opt-in consent before selling or sharing the data of consumers under 16. Google Play Games leaderboards work as described in Section 3.4.
10.4 Players 16 and older
For players who indicate they are 16 or older, the Game works as described in Sections 3 and 7, including personalized ads where permitted and, in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, only with consent.
10.5 We don’t knowingly collect children’s personal information
We do not knowingly collect, use or disclose personal information from children under 13, other than the limited technical information described above that is needed to support the Game’s internal operations, as permitted by COPPA. If we learn that we have received personal information from a child under 13 (for example, in an email), we will delete it promptly and will not use it for any other purpose.
10.6 Parents’ rights
If you are a parent or guardian, you may at any time ask to review any personal information we hold about your child, ask us to delete it, and refuse to allow any further collection or use. Email us at [email protected] with the subject “Children’s privacy request.” We may ask for reasonable information to confirm that you are the child’s parent or guardian, and we will respond within 30 days. Because the Game does not send us your child’s personal information, in most cases we will hold nothing about them.
You can also delete all game data stored on the device, including the saved age group, by uninstalling the Game or clearing its storage; the age screen will appear again the next time the Game is opened. Data held by Google or Apple can be managed through your child’s account settings with those companies (for example, Google Family Link).
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the rights below. Because we hold very little information about you, most requests can be handled simply. To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to ask for information to verify your request, and we will respond within the time the law requires (for example, one month under the GDPR or 45 days under the CCPA). We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
EEA, UK and Switzerland (GDPR / UK GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data; to restrict or object to its processing (including for direct marketing and processing based on legitimate interests); and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Players under 16 are never shown personalized ads, so their consent to ad personalization is not requested.
California (CCPA/CPRA) and other U.S. states
To the extent these laws apply to us, California residents and residents of other states with similar laws (such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others) have the right to know what personal information is collected, used and disclosed; to access, correct and delete it; to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and targeted advertising; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. The categories of personal information involved are: identifiers (advertising ID, IP address, Play Games player ID), internet or other electronic network activity (ad interactions), approximate geolocation, and commercial information (purchase records). We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit. To opt out of personalized ads, use the device controls in Section 7; you may also email us. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request. We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know are under 16 (see Section 10).
Colombia (Ley 1581 de 2012)
If you are in Colombia, you have the rights of habeas data: to know, update, correct and delete your personal data, to request proof of authorization, to be informed about how it is used, to revoke authorization, and to file complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC).
12. International transfers
We are located in the United States, and Google and Apple process data in the United States and other countries. When personal data from the EEA, UK or Switzerland is transferred, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, as used by those providers.
13. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the limited information we hold, and we rely on Google and Apple for secure payment processing. Data sent by the Game’s third-party services is transmitted using encryption. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example if we add features or services. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, give notice in the Game or on the store listing where appropriate.
